Dear Friends & Family,
As we enter the month of February, I want to encourage you to continue to expect 2010 to be a year of increase and double for you and your family. Expectancy plays an important role in our receiving from our Heavenly Father. In Isaiah 61:7 the Word says, “For your shame you shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them”, continue to expect the double in every area as we continue to move in to the year of 2010; the Year of Increase.
Thanksgiving and rejoicing play a major role in our expectancy and our ability to receive from God. In this verse, it says they shall rejoice. As we continue to rejoice, praise and thank God for the increase and double before we see it, it releases our faith and puts us in position to receive the double and increase in every area of our lives. As we continue to increase our rejoicing and praise, we will see increase and double manifest itself during this year. Continue to praise Him for the double and you will see it.
We are believing for the increase in every area of ministry in 2010. One area of increase is in the arena of the home and family. On March 13th, we will be having a parenting seminar at our church with Pastor David Seymour. Pastor David is a good friend of mine who is an anointed teacher in the area of child training and the home. I encourage you to mark your calendar and make plans to attend this meeting from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM on March 13th. He will also be ministering in our Sunday morning services at 8:30 AM & 10:30 AM the next day on the topic of the home and family. I believe this meeting will bring increase and fruit to the parents, grandparents and families who attend.
As we continue to rejoice and praise God for the increase and double in our lives, I believe that 2010 will be a great year of increase and a witness to those around us to the goodness of God.
